Delivery Charges for Newly Purchased Items:-

Sending a Parcel for repair:-

Please enclose your name, telephone number(s) and return address by click on the link for the form at the bottom of this page and then filling in your details. Do not enclose any money (we do not accept cheques). It is advisable to send your parcel registered to enable you to trace your parcel, and we shall return it in the same way, fully insured.

We aim for a 24 turnaround service, and once we have received and inspected your unit, we will inform you of our diagnosis. Our diagnostic and minor repairs has a fixed charge of £49.99. Should the cost of repair exceed that amount, we will contact you with a quotation prior to carrying out any additional work on your part. We will only carry out the additional work following your confirmation.

All goods will be securely packed including our terms and conditions, diagnostic report, invoice and warranty/surcharge coupon(s). All parcels weighing up to and including 2kg will be despatched using guaranteed next day special delivery service by Royal Mail, which will require your signature as a receipt upon arrival.

All parcels weighing above 2kg will be sent using a private courier company for next day delivery, which again will require your signature.
